Returns/Issues

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Crooked logo?-Send a pic right away-a clear pic of it laying out on a table, not you wearing it please-it's easier to see that way. You don't always have to return shirt to get a new one. In the past, I've received emails such as this-"sent wrong shirt". Be clear on what is going on. The emailer ordered wrong and tried to make it look like we sent the wrong shirt when they got exactly what they ordered. Do not complicate and add to the mayhem of the world! We do not have phone support.


Restocking fees may apply. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and/or cancel any order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you get a shirt that you didn't order, we will make it right. However, if you ordered wrong, then you will have to order again.. We no longer accept returns for that. Thank you to all the super nice customer responses to mistakes/delays that we made in their orders!

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kzew.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if it's our fault) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No returns on shirts that you ordered wrong, ie, size or color or logo. No exceptions as this creates lot's of paperwork/emails that sometimes go for days and weeks w/o a response to our emails.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to pay close attention to size, color and logo when ordering! The default size setting on this website is SMALL...Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not have any access to your cc details.

Note: You always get an order confirmation email after ordering. Check your spam folder! I've gotten emails stating that no email was received, but the website shows that it was sent. In most cases, their Paypal email and their regular daily email address are different. If you send us an email mentioning SCAM, your order will be canceled immediately and refunded at the same time. Delays are common these days as you know. Polite emails get answered faster lol.
